Dr. Will Armentrout will be providing a virtual program in partnership with the Ford City Public Library via Zoom and hybrid at both the New Castle Public Library and Ford City. Dr. Will Armentrout will teach us about the eclipse and what is happening. This will be a 30-40 minute presentation with a 15 Q&A. Dr. Will Armentrout is a Scientist at Greenbank Observatory and a Space Operator with the US Space Force.
This is an exciting opportunity for our community to view this next astronomical event! The library will be able to provide a limitted number of eclipse glasses for viewing the event. Other thematic activities and refreshements will be provided.
