Come on into New Castle Public Library and celebrate Pennsylvania’s favorite marmot, Punxsutawney Phil! Will he or won’t he SEE his SHADOW? Does it really matter? We will watch a replay of the celebrations in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, and enjoy crafts, environmental science activities, and treats to share.
