We are beyond ecstatic to announce that the New Castle Public Library will be reopening the elevator and the second floor on September 13th! That's right— our renovations are finally complete, and we want YOU to be the first to see your new favorite place to read, socialize, and attend our many youth events.
After a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, we invite our youth to join in the excitement with light refreshments from 4-5pm.
At 6pm, it's time for an adult takeover! Indulge in wine and light refreshments as we showcase our ongoing new floor plans for the library.

I'm particularly excited about the youth events; the library has always been such a valuable resource for kids in the community. My nephew is already asking if they'll have any new interactive games up there!
