Teens will practice art literacy, artistic skills, spatial awareness, relaxation, and meditation through coloring. Teens will work individually on Manga, positive affirmation, nature, and Pokemon coloring pages, to relieve anxiety and build a sense of calm that they can take with them into an increasingly chaotic world. Markers, crayons, and colored pencils and a variety of coloring pages will be provided in the young adult section of the youth services department.
