About GROW

The GROW Campaign is a 10-month initiative by New Castle Public Library focused on raising funds to reduce food insecurity and support building renovations. Through our efforts, GROW reflects the library’s mission to serve as a vibrant hub for enrichment, generosity, and community spirit.

60% of the funds raised during the 2025/26 Grow campaign will be used to reduce food insecurity and nourish the community's youth, while the other 40% of funding received will be used for immediate building improvements
