New Castle Library District Overdrive Libby Patrons,
Due to circumstances beyond our control, the reciprocal lending agreement which allowed access to multi-district collections (Seneca, New Castle, Oil Creek, and Erie Library Districts) was dissolved. Although New Castle was surprised by the exit of the other three districts from our shared lending agreement, we stand committed to the needs of our patrons to build and develop a comprehensive e-resource library that is accessible to all of the 400,000 citizens in our library district. New Castle Library District provides e-resources to public libraries in Armstrong, Butler, Lawrence, and Mercer counties.
