Computer & Gadget Classes
FREE computer classes are offered on a regular basis.  Classes are designed for both beginners and for more experienced users.  Click the link for more information.

Children & Young Adult Services
The Library offers a wide range of activities and programs for youth ages birth through 16. Story times, crafts, and special programs for targeted age groups are offered on a regular basis.  Click the link above for more information.

Library patrons can pick up or return materials at one of the many Bookmobile stops throughout the county.  Current schedules and more information are available at the link above.

If you are homebound, you may be eligible to have library materials delivered to your home via the mail.  See link above for details.

Exam Proctoring
The Reference Department at New Castle Public Library will proctor exams for students, depending on the availability of the department.  Click the link for details.

Genealogy Services
The New Castle Library is proud of its collection of genealogical materials.  The collection in the History Room includes family histories, Pennsylvania census records, standard reference works, and other genealogical material.  Click the link above for more information.

Government Documents
New Castle Public Library is a Federal Depository Library; we make available, for free, current and historical government documents for the public.  Click the link above for details.

Interlibrary Loan
ILL service is provided to library members to acquire materials not available at our Library. To place a request, patrons must be in good standing with no overdue materials or fines.  Click the link above for more information.

Meeting Rooms
Many community groups and businesses use the library meeting rooms.  There are two rooms available, and they are free of charge for community or non-profit groups.  Click the link above for details.
