NEW PROGRAMS THIS MONTH:
Earth Day Celebration
The celebration of Earth Day begins with Mother Goose on Wednesday, April 22nd and will continue all day with activities and movies in the Youth Services Department. Call Sharon at 724-658-6659 ext. 111 for information.
Toddler Family Place:
Tuesdays from 10-11 am with Miss Kathy- a workshop series for children (birth to 3 years) and their caregivers. The Children’s Story Room will be transformed into a Toyland, where children can play with the toys and other children their age while caregivers socialize with other parents, grandparents, or babysitters. A very short picture book is read, nursery rhymes are acted out, and songs are sung. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Call 724-658-6659 ext. 106 for information.
Mother Goose Story Time:
Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am with Miss Sharon. For children ages 6 months to 4 years, activities include nursery rhymes, songs, and finger play. Older siblings may come along, no reservations required! Join us for a lively movement–oriented session which features dance, song, and, of course, a story!! Call Sharon at 724-658-6659 ext. 111 for more information.
On Wednesday, April 8th, Mother Goose ST moves to the Ben Franklin Early Learning Center with author Kathryn Ayres at 9:30 am and 10:50 am. Mother Goose will feature the PA One Book “Number One Sam” on April 15th & 17th.
Life Steps will be available to screen Birth to 3 — BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER April 17th Mother Goose.
The last Spring session for Mother Goose will be on April 26th.
