June 2013
Mother Goose Story Time is for children ages 6 months up to 4 years old. Children will learn nursery rhymes, sing songs, and do finger play. Older siblings may come along, and no reservations are required!
Our Wednesday Program at Noon features a 60 minute film about travel around the world. Light refreshments are provided. Bring your lunch and a friend!

Every Wednesday afternoon from 1-5, basic computer classes are being offered by Derek. Call 724-658-6659, ext. 107 to register.
Master Gardeners will be here every Wednesday in May to present programs and answer gardening questions. Worms, pollinators, bees, and flowers are just some of the subjects to be covered in the weekly 45 minute sessions.
Pre-school story time is meant for children ages 3-5 who have had more experience in a group setting. They may be more likely to interact with the storyteller. The parent may stay with their child or if the child feels comfortable, the parent may take that time to browse for books.
This story time session is meant to last 30-45 minutes. The librarian may use more than 2 books, and ask and expect more conversation from the children. A short film (less than 10 minutes) will be shown, as well. The child will make a craft and should be able to work more independently to finish it. Please remember that all children are unique and develop at their own pace.
Join us for Pre-school story time on Thursdays at 10:30 am starting June 20 and going through July. A free lunch will be served between 11:30-12:30 for all children.
