Access to library resources and information is provided to library patrons who can no longer visit the library due to a temporary or permanent disability. Books-By-Mail delivers library materials via the US Mail–this service is provided free of charge in Lawrence, Butler, Mercer, and Armstrong counties by the New Castle Public Library.
